Job summary

Cyber Space Technologies LLC is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive architectural decisions across the Salesforce platform, including design, development, and implementation of Force.com solutions. You will own the solution design, prototype, configure, test, and train, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role emphasizes knowledge transfer, collaboration with multiple teams, and delivering robust, strategic Salesforce applications

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce development and implementations with Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
• Best practices understanding in Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.
• Proficiency in writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers to meet complex business requirements.
• Experience developing reusable UI Components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Communities solutions.
• Should be Salesforce Platform Certified – 1/2 Platform Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Own the solution architecture including scenario design, flow mapping, and customer journeys.
• Prototype, configure, test, train, and define support procedures for Salesforce platforms.
• Produce high-level design artifacts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Mentor junior staff and new hires and drive knowledge sharing sessions.
• Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• In the role of Salesforce Technical lead, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
• Leads the Technical design, development, implementation of technology and creative business solutions.
• You will be responsible for the analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of robust Force.com solutions.
• You will be responsible for technically owning the solution and process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts.
• Actively transfers knowledge throughout organization, participates in knowledge sharing projects to develop best practices, leads knowledge sharing sessions, and mentors’ junior staff and new hires.
• Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
