Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Transformation Office. You will lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, aligning stakeholders, establishing governance, and measuring outcomes.
The role emphasizes change enablement, data/technology transformation, and executive communication. You will partner with sponsors to deliver impact, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure value realization across the organization.
The Transformation Office consists of industry-leading professionals dedicated to revolutionizing our internal operations and driving continuous improvement and collaboration across Dynatrace. The mission of the transformation office is to transform business operations (people, process and technology) to enable Dynatrace to scale to our next billion in revenue.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be a part of our centralized Strategy & Operations Team. Your role will be critical and highly visible. You will lead enterprise‑wide, cross‑functional transformation programs (business/process and technology/platform) from strategy through execution—aligning stakeholders in a matrixed organization, establishing governance, driving adoption/change, and measuring outcomes.
This role will have the opportunity to drive impact and serve as a strategic value‑add by translating strategy into executable roadmaps, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, dependencies, and value realization. This role operates in highly ambiguous, high‑impact problem spaces and is accountable not just for delivery, but for shaping the problem, aligning leadership on direction, and ensuring measurable enterprise outcomes.
This is a remote eligible position. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; and Denver, CO; will be required to work hybrid (2 days per week) out of our Dyntrace office. All candidates will be required to work EST hours.
DOE, salary $130K - $155K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
