Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care AG is seeking an experienced professional to support U.S. payroll operations from a hybrid work environment. You will act as a subject-matter expert for Workday Payroll and UKG Workforce Management, ensuring payroll accuracy and leading system enhancements and process improvements.

The role requires 7+ years of U.S. payroll experience in high-volume settings, plus hands-on work with Workday and UKG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of U.S. payroll operations experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and UKG Workforce Management.
• Experience supporting payroll/system implementations, testing, reporting, and training.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping, audits, controls, and compliance.
• Experience creating payroll reports, queries, and operational documentation.

About the role

Support U.S. payroll operations and serve as a subject matter expert for payroll processes, Workday Payroll, and UKG Workforce Management. This role ensures payroll accuracy, supports system enhancements and implementations, and drives process improvement initiatives.
