Job summary

Capital One Philippines Service Corp. in Alabang, Philippines seeks a Sr. Operations Representative to listen to customers, address issues, and update account information while guiding calls to the appropriate department.

We require at least a high school level, 7 months of call center experience, fluent English, and preferably a finance or fraud background. You will complete WBT training and contribute to effective customer service.

Qualifications

• High school level or higher is required.
• Minimum 7 months of Call Center, Shared Services, or BPO experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent conversational skills.
• Preferably with Financial or Fraud background.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customers to address issues and questions; update account information as requested.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge; adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to mitigate risk.
• Handle incoming calls to provide credit card usage information, payment verification, online technical support, and other account-related assistance.

  account information, as requested by the customer; Transfers the customer to the appropriate department, as needed
• Functional Knowledge: Displays expertise in product and service knowledge; Understands and adheres to company
  policies and procedures.
• Training: Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent
  potential job risks
• Servicing: Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online
  technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns

Qualifications

• At least high school level
• Must have at least 7 months Call Center experience, Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing background
• Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
• Preferably with Financial or Fraud Background
