Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of our global network infrastructure. You will drive end-to-end infrastructure deployments, including application migrations, while supporting BAU and global initiatives.

We require 10+ years of practical experience in end-to-end network project management, enterprise WAN/LAN networks, and Infoblox DDI.

Job Description: Senior Network Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and management of our network infrastructure. In this role, you will handle end-to-end network project infrastructure deployments—including application migrations—while supporting both BAU operations and global project initiatives. You will work alongside multinational teams to drive network stability, optimize system efficiency, and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Deployment

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable network solutions to enhance current network efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical direction for complex system migrations, network integrations, and global deployment initiatives.
• Install, configure, and support core network equipment, including Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), switches, and routers.
• Assist in implementing global projects, taking ownership of architecture processes and technical documentation.

Operations & Incident Management

• Lead Incident, Problem, and Change Management for global WAN/LAN and security infrastructures.
• Drive High-Critical Incident calls involving multi-component and multi-platform issues, collaborating closely with OS Platforms, Middleware, DB, and Application teams.
• Perform thorough end-to-end Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and generate operational reporting for production incidents.
• Support system audits, ensuring prompt remediation of identified security vulnerabilities and gaps.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for physical/logical inventories, network topology diagrams, traffic flow, and operational SOPs.

Stakeholder & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify systemic issues and deliver permanent, long-term technical fixes.
• Recommend and execute service improvement plans aimed at risk mitigation and system stability.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Work seamlessly with a distributed global team to support multi-shift operations while balancing customer experience and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / College Graduate.

Experience:

Experience: Minimum 10 years of practical experience in end-to-end network project management, execution, and application migration infrastructure.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in enterprise WAN/LAN networks, security infrastructure, and Infoblox DDI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and network drafting tools (Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

• Proven track record working effectively with multinational, cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence vertically and laterally.
• Exceptional analytical, risk-anticipation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of addressing both technical teams and executive leadership.
