Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and manage enterprise network infrastructure in a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in network infrastructure deployment, application migration, enterprise networking, and operational support while working with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.
• Execute end-to-end network infrastructure deployment and application migration projects.
• Design and implement new network solutions while improving existing network performance.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), routers, and switches.
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities for enterprise WAN/LAN and Security Infrastructure.
• Handle critical network incidents involving multiple infrastructure platforms and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
• Support audits and ensure network security vulnerabilities are remediated.
• Maintain network documentation including inventory, diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous service improvements and recommend solutions to improve network stability.
• Provide technical leadership for system migration and integration projects.
• Support global infrastructure projects while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality customer support and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• College Graduate.
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in end-to-end network infrastructure deployment and project execution involving application migration.
• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise network solutions.
• Proven experience working with multinational teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks and deliver mitigation plans.
• Comfortable working in complex and fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
• Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.
