Job summary

Maxtronix Laguna, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to manage daily logistics operations, including imports, warehousing, and inventory control. The role requires strong PEZA and BOC compliance knowledge and leadership abilities to coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in logistics or related field and has extensive experience in import/export and warehouse management, with a proven supervisory track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business or related 4-year course.
• 5–7 years logistics, import/export and warehousing experience.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PEZA automated systems and BOC rules.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations including import shipments, deliveries, warehousing and inventory records.
• Assist Logistics Manager in planning, organizing and monitoring logistics activities for compliance.
• Prepare, review and analyze logistics reports and data for management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC and other government regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Customs Administration, or any related 4-year course.

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Import/Export, and Warehousing.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a Supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of PEZA automated systems (electronic import/export permit systems, PTOPS, EZTD, AEDS, iPS) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) rules and compliance.

Experience in Warehouse Operations, Import Process, Inventory Management, and International Shipping Terms.

Familiar with VASP Systems.

Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and transport providers.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee daily logistics operations, including import shipments, deliveries, warehousing, and inventory records.

Assist the Logistics Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring logistics activities to ensure compliance.

Prepare, review, and analyze logistics reports and operational data to support management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with PEZA, Bureau of Customs (BOC), and other applicable government regulations.
