Optum in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Operations Lead to oversee daily security operations, incident response, and risk mitigation. You will act as the main security contact for client stakeholders, coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory standards and drive security improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, MIS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience managing security incidents, investigations, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, ISO Security Standards.
• Experience presenting security initiatives, risks, and metrics to business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing, account management, or relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams on security initiatives, operational improvements, and service delivery enhancements.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and third-party security compliance activities.
• Mentor junior security team members and promote a strong security culture.
