Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking a hands-on developer to build a scalable digital platform from scratch in Metro Manila. You will shape architecture, select technologies, implement impactful features, and help steer the product’s direction.

You’ll translate business requirements into robust solutions, design the system, develop front-end and back-end components, and collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver nationwide deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will be part of the team responsible for developing a scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital platform from the scratch.

Your work may include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and business logic.
• Design and manage databases and data models.
• Integrate third-party platforms and internal systems.

2. System Architecture

• Participate in designing the system architecture and technical framework.
• Recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and development approaches.
• Establish scalable development practices from the beginning.
• Consider security, performance, scalability, and maintainability in system design.

3. Scalability & Nationwide Application

• Develop the system with scalability and future expansion in mind.
• Design solutions that can accommodate increasing users, data, and transactions.
• Identify technical requirements for potential deployment across different locations and business environments.
• Continuously improve the system based on user feedback and operational requirements.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Understand operational challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in planning, testing, implementation, and system reviews.
• Collaborate with the growing IT Team
