Job summary

Energy Development Corporation (EDC) invites an experienced electrical engineer to serve as SME for maintenance, reliability, and strategic optimization across geothermal facilities. You will oversee HV systems, switchyards, protection/control, and SCADA, delivering advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic direction to field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical maintenance or reliability in energy facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HV switchyards and protective relays.
• Experience leading RCM/CBM programs.

Acts as the primary subject-matter expert (SME) for all electrical maintenance, reliability, and strategic optimization activities across geothermal facilities. Responsible for providing advanced technical leadership in the development and execution of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies for high-voltage (HV) systems, switchyards, protection/control systems, and SCADA infrastructure. The role provides high-level engineering support, troubleshooting, and diagnostic direction to maintenance teams, ensuring that all activities align with company safety policies, regulatory standards, and asset life-extension objectives.
