Job summary

Genpact in Manila is seeking a Sr. Associate – BCM Core Ops to support day-to-day banking and capital markets operations, risk monitoring, and reporting.

You will work with internal teams, maintain controls, and assist in audits while adhering to regulatory guidelines. English proficiency (Upper Intermediate - B2) is required. This regular, office-based role offers exposure to BCM processes and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Fluent English required; language Proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2).
• Relevant certifications in AML, CFP, CFE, CRISC, CORP are advantageous.
