RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Procurement Specialist onsite in the Philippines. The role covers RFQ, supplier setup, cost control, and cross-functional work with program teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

The candidate will analyze demand, manage price books, and drive cost-saving initiatives while upholding safety and ethical standards. A degree in industrial engineering and 3 years’ procurement experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement.
• Ability to create consensus to ensure results from peers in cross-functional positions.

• Ability to manage conflict across multiple roles and teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and philosophies, including MRP & Just in Time (JIT).

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategies to realize savings.

• Ensure suppliers are rate ready to support production.
• Manage effective communication with tactical counterpart.
• Input knowledge into commodity strategy and execute it.

Job Responsibilities
