Job summary

Energy Development Corporation is seeking a finance professional to oversee interim and annual financial statements for Wind, Solar, BESS and other non-geothermal entities, ensuring compliance with PAS and PFRS. You will also prepare external regulatory reports and provide management analysis to support decision-making.

Additionally, the role involves supporting audits and ensuring SAP FICO/BPC usage is optimized to maximize operational efficiency and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim and annual financial statements for Wind, Solar, BESS and other non-geothermal entities in accordance with PAS/PFRS.
• Submit external/regulatory financial reports for assigned entities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide insightful management reports and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and respond to requirements from SGV & Co., DOE, and regulators for the assigned entities.
• Offer SAP-related functional support to maximize SAP FICO/BPC usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and fair presentation of interim and annual financial statements for Wind, Solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and other non-geothermal entities, as well as non-operating entities, in accordance with the Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Ensure timely preparation of external or regulatory financial reports for assigned legal entities or projects in compliance with regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports with insightful analysis, including ad hoc reports, to serve as a basis for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements from SGV & Co., DOE, and other regulators for the assigned non-geothermal business/entity and/or non-operating entity.
• Provide support services, including functional support as SAP super-user, to ensure uninterrupted operation and maximum use of the company’s SAP FICO and SAP BPC modules.
