Job summary

Keste is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team and manage comprehensive accounting records, financial reporting, and compliance. This role collaborates across departments to ensure accuracy and timely financial information.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in accounting/finance, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a solid understanding of core accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of: General accounting principles, Bank reconciliations, Financial reporting, Tax calculations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for the company.
• Ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions.
• Monitor accounting accounts and provide financial information support to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver financial statements and reports for internal and external users.
• Support audits and assist with financial documentation and compliance requirements.
• Manage payments to suppliers and creditors, including recurring payments.
• Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
