Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who is meticulous and has a solid understanding of accounting laws and concepts to handle and organize accounting tasks for our clients. The ideal applicant will be in charge of handling tax returns, creating financial statements, and making sure tax laws are followed. This position requires a good ability to manage workloads and engage with clients in an effective manner.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Help the CFO conduct audits and organize semi-annual audits.
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or position.
• Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details.
• Experience in Oracle NetSuite accounting system or any accounting software is a plus.
• Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Deadline oriented

Duties And Responsibilities

• Handling and monitoring of various accounts such as but not limited to bank accounts, accounts receivables, prepayments, inventories, accounts payables, and income statement accounts.
• Handling in inventory of records and monitor the completeness of documents.
• Assist and support the billing and collection related activities.
• Additional duties as directed by the Supervisor
