Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for customers in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will combine technical troubleshooting, analytical thinking and strong communication to deliver exceptional support and value from our solutions.

The role offers a hybrid working model with Day 1 healthcare coverage, 25 days of annual leave, shuttle transportation, free onsite meals and ongoing learning opportunities within a global, sustainability-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to query SQL databases to analyze underlying data.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to customers for incidents/requests and ensure quality standards.
• Address and resolve incoming application questions and incidents from end users.
• Document all pertinent information in the CRM database.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process.
• Test fixes and follow up to ensure adequate resolution.
• Manage client issue calls and provide status updates.
