Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Product Support Engineer for a fast-growing AI-native healthcare platform. You will act as the critical link between users and the product engineering team, owning issues from report to resolution while working closely with engineers.

You will diagnose production issues, navigate production systems hands-on, and communicate clearly with users and engineers. A no-task-too-small ownership mentality and startup mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient with SQL and production databases.
• Able to triage, diagnose, and resolve issues with ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Technical triage and first response with target resolution time for critical issues.
• Perform production investigation and troubleshooting using production databases and scripts.
• Liaise with engineering to translate user pain points into clear bug reports and track through deployment.
• Oversee user onboarding and access management workflows within the product ecosystem.
• Track active tasks and maintain runbooks to prevent missed requests or dependencies.
