Job summary

Ubiquity is hiring a SQL Developer to develop and enhance MS-SQL queries, create custom end-user reports, and ensure database stability, reliability, and performance. The role requires 2–4 years of SQL Server experience, a BS/MS in CS or related field, and strong SQL Server knowledge, with HTML/JavaScript as a plus.

The position involves designing and maintaining databases, performing backups/audits, and generating timely reporting for clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server including SSRS/SSAS.
• Familiarity with HTML/JavaScript is a plus.
• NoSQL/NewSQL familiarity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance MS-SQL queries and procedures.
• Create custom reports for end clients and end-users.
• Design databases for stability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform backups and audits and ensure accessibility of SQL databases.
• Build reporting deliverables and optimize queries for performance.
