Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. seeks a dedicated Specialty Construction Engineer to support Buildrite projects from scope to field execution.

You will coordinate site activities, ensure QA/QC compliance, and evaluate field performance of Buildrite products, while assisting in the onboarding of partner applicators and providing on-site technical support. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of detailed scopes of work, material take-offs, cost estimates, and procurement schedules in coordination with project plans.
• Conduct site assessments, pre-construction evaluations, and hazard identification to determine readiness and risks.
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction operations, ensuring alignment with project specifications, plans, and timelines.
• Collaborate with the Specialty Construction Manager and technical teams to resolve engineering, logistical, or operational issues on-site.
• Evaluate and document the performance of Buildrite construction products in field applications, trials, and permanent installations.
• Support applicators and field teams during installation, ensuring best practices, safety, and accuracy in execution.
• Facilitate the setup and evaluation of mock-up assemblies, sample installations, and test panels.
• Maintain organized and updated records of site logs, construction progress, QA/QC checklists, and field change documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as company policies and ISO standards.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of project schedules, Gantt charts, manpower plans, and resource forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, as-built documentation, and detailed construction methodologies when needed.
• Participate in on-site product testing, post-installation evaluations, and final acceptance inspections.
• Compile accomplishment reports, post-project reviews, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on construction trends, techniques, and new Buildrite technologies to enhance field execution and innovation.
• Identify, engage, and evaluate potential partner applicators and subcontractor teams to expand Buildrite's accredited implementation network.
• Support lead generation activities for partner applicators by coordinating with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Academy teams, including sourcing, screening, and initial technical assessment of candidates.
• Assist in onboarding and capability assessment of new partner applicators through site visits, technical validation, and performance monitoring.
