Orica is seeking a Specialist – Planning to support regional demand planning for AusPac. You will forecast, analyze data, and drive IBP/SAP-based planning improvements across multiple sites.
You will work with cross-functional teams to balance cost and service, maintain master data, and lead communications with stakeholders to optimize forecasts. A strong background in forecasting and analytics is essential for success.

The Specialist – Planning is responsible for supporting demand planning activities across the AusPac region, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, data integrity, and continuous improvement of planning processes. The role supports the implementation of regional planning standards and procedures while helping site planning teams operate effectively and consistently. This position plays a key role in balancing cost and service objectives through the efficient planning of specialised products supplied to the mining and civil construction industries.
