Job summary

fph is seeking a seasoned Insurance and Risk Manager to lead the design and execution of our corporate insurance program in the Philippines. You will be responsible for implementing coverage, governance, and compliance across the organization.

You will drive the end-to-end claims process to secure prompt settlements with insurers, and champion risk management practices to improve insurability and reduce premiums.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and implementation of an effective insurance program for the insurable risk exposures within the company.
• Drive the process for insurance claims to ensure immediate settlement by the insurer.
• Create awareness regarding insurance and risk management culture to drive insurability and reduce premium costs.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to professional employees and be accountable for their performance as a team.
