The Mankato School District has 13 positions available for Special Education Intervention Paraeducators at Franklin, Hoover, Roosevelt, and Rosa Parks Elementary Schools beginning September 10, 2026.
Elementary school hours are 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Flexible scheduling options are available.
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, the Intervention Paraeducator provides intensive behavioral, emotional, and instructional support to special education students. Working collaboratively with general and special education teachers, this role delivers targeted individual and small-group instruction aligned with student Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Responsibilities include tracking and reporting student progress, attending to physical and health needs, and performing essential clerical and classroom management duties.

Starting at $18.50 - up to $19.72 per hour (Based on experience in a public school setting).
Effective on Day 1 for employees working 30+ hours per week.
