Elementary School Sites

Mankato Area Public Schools has positions available for Non-Classroom (Playground/Lunchroom) Paraeducators at the Elementary School Sites beginning September 10, 2026. These positions follow the district's student calendar and only report for duty on days that students are present. While hours vary slightly from building to building, the hours are generally 10:45-1:15 M-F.

Summary of Duties:
Lunch and Recess supervisors provide supervision and ensure safety of students during Lunch/Recess periods held inside or outside of the buildings. Staff are prepared to support and reinforce positive behavior, engage positively with students, staff and families, and collaborate efficiently with colleagues.

Rate of Pay:
$17.06 - $17.59per hour
