Job summary

IQVIA Manila is seeking a Logistics Planner for the Speaker Bureau to support meetings across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. You will manage venue bookings, F&B, and AV needs while ensuring compliance with client rules and SOPs.

The role requires 2+ years in events or customer service, familiarity with US clients, and a pharma setting is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong MS Office and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of planning and delivery of meeting logistics.
• Confirm venue bookings and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Plan and confirm Food & Beverage needs for attendees.
• Arrange audio-visual requirements and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain timely communication with planners and vendors.
• Adhere to client SLA and timekeeping standards.
