Qualifications

• High school graduate; relevant massage/spa training or certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.

About the role

The Spa Therapist provides professional massage and spa treatments while ensuring guest comfort, safety, satisfaction, and adherence to established service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform massage and spa treatments according to established procedures.
• Conduct basic guest consultations to understand preferences and service needs.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of treatment areas.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and properly assisted throughout treatments.
• Recommend appropriate treatments or services when applicable.
• Properly prepare and maintain treatment rooms, linens, and equipment.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and report issues to the Spa Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate treatment records when required.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Assist with other spa operations as assigned.

About you

• High school graduate; relevant massage/spa training or certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist is an advantage.
