Magnum Ice Cream Co. in the Philippines seeks a Multi-skilled Technician to optimize maintenance of processing equipment.

The role covers preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and implementing improvements to reliability and safety on the plant floor. You will work with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, require 3+ years in manufacturing, and ideally be licensed or certified; strong communication and teamwork are essential as you help sustain production and support

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation.
• Completed formal education in at least 2 of 3 relevant engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation and Control.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults to keep equipment running.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical drives, control circuits, and PLC systems.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and document maintenance standards.
• Support process safety management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Where breakdowns occur, the MST acts to diagnose and troubleshoot faults and recommends design improvements. The role is actively involved with setting the Maintenance Strategy and continuously improve the machine reliability in the area assigned.**What you'll be responsible for*** Mechanical Skills and Focused Technician. Uses knowledge and application of technical skill and expertise to ensure the provision of effective engineering support within team, focused on delivering performance targets. Directly contributes to improved safety, quality, sustainability, and cost.* Preventive Maintenance Specialist and user of different types of maintenance strategies (Time Based, Condition Based Maintenance)* Fully Operational on Mechanisms, Motion. Capable to Properly Maintain and troubleshoot the equipment assigned* Electrical Skills and Diagnostic Technician. Removes and replaces major electrical components (such as motors, switch/control gear) and troubleshoot electrical circuits safely.
