Responsibilities

• Provide overall implementation direction and review designs of existing solutions.
• Oversee technical implementation of additional services in current solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business partners on propositions, solution, implementation strategy, and related technical/documentation.
• Maintain an understanding of new technologies, architectures and products relevant to solutions/systems.
• Maintain sufficient familiarity with the services business and application requirements.
• Responsible for technical review of system-level changes and input to plans for changes to live systems.
• Work with technical or business partners to get critical projects delivered.
• Maintain knowledge of implemented technologies and products.
• Provide project implementation support and refine practices to meet team objectives.
• Act as end-to-end technical lead for project implementations.
• Provide a point of contact for all technical issues and determine a course of action for deliverables.
