Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development projects preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing container based backend applications.
• Java + Spring Boot is not required, but nice to have.
• Experience in frontend technologies: Android – Kotlin, iOS – Swift, Web - Lit, React, Vue, Angular, Svelte.
• Experience in complex environments with 24/7 service availability.
• Excellent knowledge of the IT architecture and technical flows.
• REST & SOAP integration experience.
• DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL).
• JUnit testing and TDD.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business rules and functional/non-functional requirements to define technical specs based on architectural design.
• Participate in feasibility analyses for new initiatives and support developers in implementation.
• Perform detailed functional and technical analysis/design.
• Provide test support and problem determination.
• Collaborate in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Break down requirements into User Stories with cost/benefit/risk analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

Job Overview

As an IT Integrator, you will be a key player in the cooperation between IT and Business stakeholders. You drive to make complex changes happen within and across Tribes. Your holistic view as well as your knowledge of both Business and IT are crucial in translating business requirements into business value. You align between squads – from the same or different Tribe(s) – and other parts of the organization and manage dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story) assessing the impacts for IT as well as participating and supporting developers in the development phase
• Performs detailed, functional and technical analysis/design
• Test support and problem determination
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements
• Breaks down requirements and technical solution into appropriate section (User Story) examining costs, benefits and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explanation/justification of decisions in a logical and systematic manner
• Conducts code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Optimizes application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software development projects preferably in Agile methodology
