Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Solutions Architect in the Philippines to design and continually improve end-to-end systems. You will translate Product Team requirements into effective, timely solutions while establishing standardized processes and supporting development through research and documentation.

With 10+ years in software development, you will lead with React Native/ReactJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS, aligning with Agile practices and DevOps tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in software development.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with React Native, ReactJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS.
• Solid understanding of Agile SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Experience with version control (Git) to coordinate development.
• Knowledge of AuthN/AuthZ (JWT, OAuth).
• Excellent debugging and code review skills.
• Ability to define uniform coding standards.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud tools (Docker, AWS/Azure/GC).

Job description

The Solutions Architect will design, architect, and continuously improve end-to-end systems and services. Working within cross-functional Agile/SDLC project teams, the role focuses on translating the Product Team's requirements into effective, timely, working solutions while establishing standardized processes and supporting development through research, documentation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of cross-functional Agile and SDLC project teams in planning and system solutioning
• Contribute to the creation of standardized processes and best practices
• Collaborate with developers, leadership, and other architects to bring strategic technical vision into reality
• Propose solutions using development experience and integrations knowledge
• Influence project scope to deliver effective and efficient solutions in a timely manner
• Analyze and verify solution requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to business needs
• Assist development teams in the development process and resolve solution issuesn
• Participate in research and design of new systems
• Continuously improve platforms based on business demands and customer feedback
• Prepare solution documents and training materials; provide technical training and support to the development team
• Perform other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of software development experience
• Solid full-stack development skills using React Native, ReactJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL, and NodeJS
• Deep understanding of the Agile software development process
• Ability to leverage version control (Git) to coordinate development flows
• Experience in AuthN and AuthZ for application security (JWT, OAuth)
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills, including code review
• Prescribe uniform standards of quality for code and tools
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Codecommit, Docker, Codepipeline)

• Ability to design, test, and document UI components
• Experience working with Docker containers and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google)
