Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for solid waste management per SWMC O&M Manual (Government-accepted).
• Collect, sort, process and dispose of solid waste materials.
• Inspect, perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Solid Waste Management Center workspace.
• Record equipment usage, maintenance and waste handling activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational guidelines.
• Support waste reduction and recycling initiatives as outlined in the SWMC O&M manual.
• Report mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
