Job summary

BaiTeESS New Energy (Veratis Energy Construction Corporation) is seeking a Solar Sales Supervisor to lead a new sales team in Bulacan. You will train, coach, visit clients, and drive deals from lead to order while hitting targets and maintaining high standards.

The role is on-site at the office in GMX Industry Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, with field visits as required. Fluent Filipino and English are required, with at least 2 years of sales leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Filipino and English for customer work and team management.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, with real experience leading or training a sales team.
• Able to describe personal or team sales results and development cases.
• Strong skills in customer communication, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing.
• Willing to coach new hires while upholding work standards and fair lead allocation.
• Able to report to office regularly and accommodate client visits/field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit sales targets and manage weekly plans.
• Train and coach new salespeople to close their first deals.
• Manage company-assigned leads and maintain records of needs and next steps.
• Sell personally and handle key accounts through quotation and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate sales with delivery and after-sales teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Report team results and propose improvements on a regular basis.
