Job Description

The Solar Panel Installer is responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar panel systems on residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The role involves working outdoors, often at height, and requires technical skills in electrical systems and construction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, assemble, and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted structures.
• Connect solar panels to the electrical system and ensure proper functioning.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panel systems for performance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or damage.
• Work with electricians, engineers, and other construction professions.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Use hand and power tools to complete installations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent (required)
• Technical training or apprenticeship in solar installation, electrical work, or related fields.
• Previous experience in solar panel installation, roofing, or electrical work is beneficial.
• Knowledge in electrical wiring and solar power systems.

• The incumbent will be under project-based employment for 1 month, and will be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan
