Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a Solar PV Technician / Electrician to assist in the installation, maintenance, testing, and basic troubleshooting of solar PV and electrical systems. The role involves fieldwork, site visits, and occasional provincial assignments.

The ideal candidate should have electrical training with solar PV exposure, be safety-conscious, and willing to travel. Direct hire with overtime pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of electrical work experience including hands-on experience on solar PV systems.
• Able to read and work from single-line diagrams, layouts, and manufacturer manuals.
• Competent and safe in working on live electrical systems, with awareness of DC hazards.
• Physically able to work at height and on rooftops for full days under field conditions.
• Willing to travel and stay overnight for provincial deployments and to respond to callouts.
• Accurate and legible recording of readings and photographic documentation for every visit

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, maintenance, testing, and basic troubleshooting of solar PV and electrical systems.
• Perform fieldwork, site visits, and provincial deployments as needed.
• Record readings and document with photographs during each visit

Education

TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Solar PV Installation NC II, or related training
