Job summary

SOLARALL NEW ENERGY CORPORATION is seeking a Safety Officer 2 to implement and enforce workplace safety across offices, project sites, and other locations. The role ensures compliance with DOLE regulations and company safety policies.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate with teams, supervise PPE usage, report incidents, and maintain safety documentation. This fixed-term position reports to the Operations/Project Manager and requires willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Must have SO2 training and DOLE-recognized qualification.
• Experience in construction, solar energy, or related work preferred.
• Knowledgeable in hazard identification, risk assessment, accident prevention, and safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the OSH program and safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and prevent incidents.
• Ensure proper PPE use and safety procedure compliance.
• Report, investigate accidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain inspection records.
• Coordinate with management and project staff on safety issues.
• Respond to serious hazards and halt unsafe work when needed.
• Support emergency preparedness and first-aid readiness.
