Job summary

Megasamsotite Inc. is seeking a capable Solar Project Manager to lead end-to-end solar PV projects in Laguna, Philippines. The role involves coordinating design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning while liaising with clients, contractors, and utilities to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in solar, electrical, or construction project management and demonstrate a strong understanding of solar PV systems from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 2 years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems (design, installation, and commissioning)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects (design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning)
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and sales) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, utilities)
• Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with plans, timelines, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during installation
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients
