Job summary

Blueshift Energy Inc. is seeking a diligent Liaison Officer in Quezon City to manage permits for solar installations.

You will process applications, coordinate with government offices and utility providers, submit documents, and monitor status to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups. The role requires a valid motorcycle license, willingness to travel to project sites and supplier locations, and strong communication with clients, government personnel, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduated from any 4-year course; experience in liaison work or administrative tasks is a plus.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle license and be able to operate a motorcycle for field assignments.
• Familiarity with local government offices, utility providers, and subdivision administrators is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in document preparation, filing, tracking, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on all permits and applications required for solar installations, including subdivision and city/municipal permits, net metering applications, and utility requirements.
• Coordinate with government offices, utility providers, and subdivision administrators regarding application requirements and status.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor permit-related documents.
• Collect payments from clients and provide official receipts when necessary.
• Pick up and deliver documents, materials, and other company-related items from suppliers using a motorcycle.
• Assist the Operations Team with documentation and other related tasks.
