• Proven experience providing administrative or operations support.
• Comfort handling detailed paperwork, applications, and regulatory forms.
• Strong ability to learn and navigate online portals and application systems quickly.
• Experience setting up or managing a CRM.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit solar permit applications to local building departments and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Complete, submit, and track utility interconnection applications with the relevant utility providers.
• Handle third-party ownership (TPO) paperwork, including leases and PPAs with financing partners.
• Coordinate service and warranty requests, including scheduling and follow-up with customers and installation crews.
• Set up and configure a CRM from the ground up to organize leads, projects, and customer records.
• Keep project documentation accurate and all applications, approvals, and records current.
• Back marketing efforts that help generate and nurture leads.
• Document existing workflows and build SOPs for recurring tasks.
• Spot gaps proactively and suggest improvements across day-to-day operations.
