Job summary

Dimension All Group is seeking an experienced Foreman / Safety Officer to oversee solar installation projects, ensuring operational efficiency and strict safety standards on site.

You will supervise daily activities, enforce COSH guidelines, conduct hazard assessments, prepare safety reports, run training, and ensure TESDA NC II and DOLE compliance while coordinating with engineers and project managers. A valid driver’s license is required to drive company vehicles.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II Certification in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or related field.
• COSH Safety Training (DOLE-accredited).
• Experience supervising solar or construction projects.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate safety reports and documentation.
