Job summary

AFRY is seeking an experienced HSE professional for Solar Construction Safety Management in the Philippines. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years HSE experience in construction, preferably in solar/renewable energy projects.
• Certified DOLE Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3).
• BOSH/COSH certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the Project HSE Plan for solar farm construction.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with DENR regulations and ECC requirements.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
