Job summary

Marstek is seeking a skilled Solar Electrician to install, connect, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related electrical components.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar installations, and safety standards. Candidates should be experienced as electricians, familiar with DC/AC systems, and able to read wiring diagrams while performing commissioning and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrician, preferably in solar PV installation.
• Knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems, inverters, and battery storage.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Electrical license/certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at different installation sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical components.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.
• Read and interpret electrical and solar system diagrams.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and solar system issues.
• Ensure installations comply with electrical codes and safety requirements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Work safely on rooftops, electrical panels, and solar installations.
• Coordinate with installers, engineers, and other technical personnel.
