Job summary

Adlift Electrical Engineering Services is seeking a skilled Solar Installer/Technician to install, assemble, and commission PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial sites in Cavite and nearby areas.

You will perform wiring, mount structures, connect inverters and batteries, test systems, and troubleshoot issues while following safety procedures and local regulations. This on-site role requires physical fitness and the ability to work at heights in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and other PV system components.
  • Perform electrical wiring, cable termination, and connections for solar systems.
  • Install conduits, breakers, disconnects, and other electrical components.
  • Read and follow electrical diagrams, system layouts, and installation plans.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of solar PV systems after installation.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and system-related problems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs.
  • Safely handle solar panels, electrical materials, and installation equipment.
  • Report installation progress, issues, and completed work to the supervisor.

Job Summary: The Solar Installer/ Technician is responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial locations. The position requires knowledge of electrical and mechanical installation, attention to safety procedures, and the ability to work at high location and in outdoor conditions.
