Job summary

Bureau Veritas S.A. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in design and design review for solar projects.

You will ensure that all electrical aspects of solar power systems meet industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will review DC/AC designs, perform load flow and protection coordination studies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable, and maintainable solar farm electrical

Qualifications

• Experience designing and reviewing electrical systems for solar projects.
• Knowledge of PV arrays, inverters, transformers, switchgear and BOS.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive design reviews of electrical systems for solar projects.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and international standards.
• Review SLDs, layout drawings and equipment specs.
• Provide technical input on DC/AC system design and protection schemes.
• Support FAT and SAT activities and assist during construction.
