Job summary

Anonymous is seeking a Design Manager to lead the multidisciplinary review of solar and renewable energy projects from concept to detailed engineering. You will manage engineering teams, ensure quality, coordinate design reviews, and drive on-time project delivery.

You will coordinate civil, structural, electrical and other disciplines, establish review processes, mentor staff, and interface with clients, contractors and developers while addressing risks and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• 8–10 years of engineering experience in solar, renewable energy, power, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading engineering teams and design reviews.
• Strong solar project design knowledge and execution standards.
• Experience in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent technical review, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with owners, EPC contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Ability to work in project-based or consultancy engagements.
• For consultant-based engagements, ability to issue a Service Invoice and/or OR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate engineering deliverables for quality and compliance.

• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery management.
