You will manage planning, design and execution of civil works for solar PV installations, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent) is required.
• 4–5 years in civil works; at least 3 years in solar PV projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD or similar software.
• Familiar with local building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil aspects of solar PV projects from site prep to commissioning.
• Conduct site assessments, topographical surveys, and soil testing coordination.
• Design and review foundations for solar mounting systems.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, PMs and contractors.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor construction for safety, quality and timelines.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
