The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, PRC license, 4–5 years in civil works with 3+ in solar, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD. Willingness to travel to site is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and PE license.
• 4–5 years in civil works, 3+ years in solar PV projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
• Will travel to project sites on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil engineering aspects from site prep to commissioning.
• Conduct site assessments, surveys, and soil testing coordination.
• Design and review foundations for solar mounting systems.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers and contractors for seamless integration.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor construction for safety and quality compliance.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Report progress and issues in a timely manner.
