Job summary

A renewable energy solutions company in Caloocan is looking for an AutoCAD Operator to prepare technical drawings for solar PV installations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and possess a degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the solar industry. Responsibilities include creating layouts, revising technical documents, and ensuring compliance with local electrical codes. This position offers a full-time role in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D).
Experience in solar PV drawings is an advantage.
Knowledge of electrical drawings and single-line diagrams is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Can meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.
At least 1–2 years of AutoCAD experience (solar industry preferred).

Responsibilities

Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for solar PV system layouts.
Create roof layouts, panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and electrical drawings.
Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
Assist engineers in system design and technical documentation.
Revise drawings based on engineering markups and site measurements.
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Installation Teams.
Ensure drawings comply with local electrical codes and standards.
Prepare drawings for submission to obtain permits and client approval.
Perform basic solar system sizing/layout using provided data.
