Job Description

• Manages end to end of product features covering conceptualization, design, enhancements, roll-out, post-deployment monitoring, and evaluation against product development process; Subject matter expert internally providing support and training to relevant stakeholders
• Ensures smooth, timely, and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working, promoting innovation and growth within the team, and drives continuous process optimizations within the organization
• Work with different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to ideate, build, and optimize the customer’s use journey
• Collaborates and coordinates across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Bank Partnerships and Wallet Infrastructure, Analytics, Operations, Frauds, etc.
• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies, or leading tech companies in a related industry
• Hands-on experience with launching and managing new product features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data & metrics to back up assumptions, and ability to tackle complex, unstructured challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Has project management skillset, Good attention to detail, highly proactive, critical thinker, has a growth mindset, and a team player
• Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar programs
