Job summary

Global Coordination Center is seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer for the night shift in Hyderabad. The role involves ensuring quality and reliability of software products by executing defined testing processes and collaborating with development teams.

You will develop and maintain test cases, perform functional, regression, and API testing, and report defects using Jira or HP ALM. Strong attention to detail and effective communication during night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of software testing or QA experience.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on software requirements and design documents.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and user acceptance testing as part of Agile development cycles.
• Report, track, and verify defects using Jira or HP ALM.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Prepare test documentation including test plans, test scripts, and test summary reports.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Utilize automation tools (Selenium, Postman) to enhance testing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the SDLC for critical business applications.
• Adapt to working night shifts with effective communication and time management skills.

Required Qualifications:

Salary Package: ₱28,000 to ₱42,000 per month
