Job summary

MNLeistung Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our software quality team. The role focuses on analyzing client requirements, designing test cases, and ensuring thorough testing of ERP-related modules.

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders, document workflows, and contribute to QA process improvements. A Bachelor's in IT/CS and exposure to SDLC/STLC, Agile, and testing tools are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-12 months of progressive experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in various types of web applications, including HRIS, Procurement, CRM, Task Management, or other parts of ERP systems, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC methodologies, including agile, iterative, and waterfall approaches.
• Basic proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with less supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in software testing.
• Any certification related to software testing is a plus.
