Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a seasoned software developer to lead end-to-end wireless digital delivery in the Philippines. The role focuses on internal system development, maintenance, KPI monitoring, and ensuring project compliance with local regulations and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of software development experience, strong Java foundation, and proficiency in distributed systems, databases, and multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or software development.
• 3–5 years of software development experience with Java.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and databases (Redis, MySQL, Oracle).
• Fluency in English; additional Tagalog and Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Digital system daily.
• Develop software and optimize system performance.
• Track indicators and rectify issues in the digital system.
• Ensure on-time project delivery within budget and quality.

Job Summary

Lead and manage the end-to-end wireless digital delivery in the Philippines, including internal system development, maintenance, KPI monitor, rectify. Ensure projects digital are delivered on time, within budget, high quality and in compliance with local regulations and also customer and ZTE requirements.

Job Description

• Responsible for the daily maintenance and support of the Digital system.
• Software development.
• Digital system Indicator Tracking and Rectification.
• Responsible for the self-test and optimization of the system.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree or above in computer science or software development.
• Eager to learn new knowledge such as AI, Cursor, Open-Claw and so on.
• Willing to work hard and good in communication& coordination and teamwork, have good ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English, Tagalog and Chinese . Filipino Chinese/Chinese language skill will be an advantage.
• Resourceful to solve the internal/external customer's problem.
• At least 3-5 years of software development experience. Solid foundation in Java, familiar with Java network programming, experienced in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems, familiar with Redis-based design and development, proficient in MySQL and Oracle databases, familiar with indexing principles and database optimization; good at thinking, proactive, strong communication skills, team-oriented, able to handle pressure.
• Capable of developing tools to support project delivery efficiency.
